Frequently asked questions

Common questions about the service

Is the service fully managed?

Yes. The Big Health Community plans, creates and manages the campaign activity. Customers choose services but do not manage campaign content or publication.

Where are campaigns published?

We target the population in the immediate geographic area surrounding each of the premises signed up to the initiative. We explore a number of distribution channels online.

Can customers change their account through the portal?

No. The portal is read only. Customers submit tier, pharmacy, bolt-on and billing requests through the portal for manual review.

How are payments set up?

After the service and terms are confirmed, The Big Health Community sends a secure payment link manually. The payment provider collects the payment or mandate information.

What reporting is provided?

Customers can view Monthly Views, Cumulative Views, Campaigns Delivered, Featured Services, Highest-Performing Campaign and Upcoming Themes where those fields have been published.

Are Monthly Views unique patients?

No. Monthly Views are aggregate figures and may include repeat views. They do not represent unique patients, appointments or attributable income.

Why so cheap?

Accessibility matters. A group would have to sign up over 130 pharmacies in order to be paying the same as the wage of one full time member of staff on minimum at just one pharmacy, that’s intentional. The more pharmacies we bring with us, the broader an impact we can have.

Is The Big Health Community part of the NHS?

No. It is operated independently by N-Chem Consultancy Ltd and is not part of or endorsed by the NHS, NHS England or the General Pharmaceutical Council.
